WATER-BASED EPOXY

Nexus H₂O is a 3-component, water based, epoxy moisture remediation system applied topically to concrete to stop moisture and reduce vapor emissions. Nexus H₂O is designed to stop floor covering failure due to concrete slab moisture and effective for cure and seal applications. Nexus H₂O reduces a moisture vapor emission rate of 25 pounds to less than 3 pounds as per the ASTM F1869 Calcium Chloride Test.

MIXING AND APPLICATION:

TCG recommends Incore be used in mix designs at a .45 w/c ratio. If a slump of over 4 inches is desired, use a Super-P in lieu of water.

The dosage rate is 14 oz per 100 pounds of cement binder. The binder is considered Portland cement, fly ash, slag or any other type of powder used in the creation of a concrete structure. Incore is used in lieu of water. For example, on a typical 10 yd mix you would eliminate 5 gallons of water and add 5 gallons of Incore.

TRUCK OR PLANT MIXING:

You can add Incore at the time of water and other liquids or after the concrete has been mixed

ON-SITE MIXING:

Concrete should look stiff. Add Incore to truck mix for 7 minutes at high speed. You can adjust slump with a super-p.

Finishing:

Finish as you would normally finish concrete. Do not wait for bleed water. Cure as per ACI standards. Use wet cure with water. If you want a cure and seal we recommend the use of TCG DERMASHIELD.
