MASONRY & CONCRETE SEALER

DermaSeal is a clear, water-based resin siliconate sealer and penetrating treatment for exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. This sealer is specifically designed to help protect surfaces from scaling and limit the intrusion of moisture, chlorides and other harmful weather conditions into the
substrate.

MIXING AND APPLICATION:

Application MUST be on a dry surface with low-pressure spray equipment with tip size of .026 to .072. DO NOT ATOMIZE (use pump-up commercial sprayer with fan tip). Larger areas may use an airless sprayer at the lowest pressure and a # 619 spray tip.

Holding tip 6"-12"/150-300mm from surface using overlapping spray pattern and fanning motion at the end of each horizontal pass. Do NOT apply a second coat.
Entire area being treated is to be applied in a single application. Do NOT allow DermaSeal to puddle. If a puddle does occur, immediately disperse it with a broom to stop the application from whiting and drying.

Dried products are extremely difficult to remove. Precautions should be taken to cover any areas not intended to be sprayed. If there is an overspray or accidental contact, remove product with dry cloth before it dries.
Depending on temperature and other weather conditions, DermaSeal will normally dry in 12-24 hours at 70°F/21°C. Do NOT forget that all surfaces MUST BE DRY before application. Do not apply to uncured plaster, concrete, mortar, or stucco.
